Shipping and Freight
A shipping and handling fee will be added to your total based up on the weight, size, and shipping option chosen for your order. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s for merchandise. Orders placed before 4:00 PM Pacific time will normally be shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will normally be shipped on the 3rd business day. We may change shipping methods at our discretion to a safer method if deemed appropriate, at our expense. All funds for credit card purchase must be in our account before we ship.
Merchandise Returns
Merchandise may be returned provided it is new and unused. Email support@tropicalfishencounter.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The RAN and original invoice must accompany all requests. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and a 15% restocking fee may be applied. Defective merchandise may be returned for exchange without incurring a restocking fee, provided a RAN has been obtained. All refunds are in the form of store credit only.
Warranties and Guarantees
All equipment is covered under the original manufacturers' warranties. PLEASE read carefully and keep your original invoice as proof of purchase.
